We offer FREE deliver to these postcodes: RM, IG, CM, SS, E6, E7, E11, E12, E13 and E18 only. If you live outside of this area, please email or call. Delivery is in our zero emission electric van. We do not post orders. Local delivery only.

Payment is made on the website at point of ordering using PayPal.


Alternatively, payment is taken on delivery with credit/debit card or cash.



RETURN OF GOODS


  1. You have the right to contact us and ask to return the products and request a refund up to 14 days after receipt of goods, you will then have an additional 14 days to return the goods from the date you informed us of wanting to return them. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
  2. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition
  3. You must contact us to discuss and arrange the return. Please refer to the Returns Form page for further details..
  4. We will only issue a refund once your return has been received (within 14 days). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
  5. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to The Happy Hedgehog, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
  6. It is advised that you use a secure and tracked postage method and that you keep your receipt as proof of postage. The Happy Hedgehog cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit during returns.

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us for exchange or for the refund of the purchase price within 7 days. The item must be unused, unless otherwise discussed with The Happy Hedgehog. Please refer to The Returns Form page if you need further guidance.


To clarify this point, unless the purchase is faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition.


If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by telephoning us. This is unlikely as items are delivered by us and every care is taken.


When returning an item, please remember to include your name, address, and a telephone number inside the package. We will also need to know whether you want a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you are in possession of proof of postage.


With regards to lost goods, if you have not received your item/s within 15 days of making an order, please contact us and we will look into the matter and notify you accordingly.
