Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition, unless faulty which can be discussed at time of initial phone call contact.

We can only issue a refund once the returned item(s) have been received by us. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order, within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
